1. Terms

2. Booking Confirmation
The submission of the completed booking form or telephone agreement shall constitute an offer by the client and a Contract shall come into existence, if and when CKN Holiday Homes accept the Initial Payment it is then transferable. Once a booking has been confirmed by us to you then an alteration fee of £15 will be charged for any re-invoicing involved. No booking is transferable within 28 days of the start of the holiday.
3. Number In Your Party
This booking has been entered into on the understanding that the total number in your party shall in no circumstances exceed the capacity of the holiday home as advertised in this brochure. Children and Babies must be included in the total number of the party.
4. Initial Payment
When you book, a non refundable booking deposit of £50 per week booked is required as part payment towards the cost of your holiday.Holiday Deposits / Payments unfortunately, cannot be transferred from one Season to another.
5. The Balance Of Hire Money
The balance of hire money as shown on your invoice is due and payable by you 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Your invoice gives you full details. For bookings made within 8 weeks before your holiday start-date, you will normally pay the full hire charge when you make your booking. A refundable security deposit of £50 is payable with full balance. This will be returned so long as no damage is caused to the caravan or contents during your stay.
6. Booking Cancellation
If you are compelled to cancel your holiday you must inform in writing to the CKN Holiday Homes address by 1st Class mail and enclose your hire invoice. We will endeavour to re-let for you, if we are successful in re-letting you will only forfeit your Booking Deposit. If we cannot re-let then you will be held responsible for prompt payment of the full balance-of-hire due on the holiday home you booked. Should you have to cancel within 35 days of your holiday, you must telephone us first and follow this with a written confirmation by 1st Class Mail..
7. Minors (Under 21’s)
Bookings from persons under 21 cannot be accepted unless accompanied by a parent or suitably aged Guardian. Prams and pushchairs are not permitted in the entertainment venues.
8. Linen, Towels and Soap
Duvets, pillows and mattress / pillow and duvet protectors are provided. If the protectors are removed and subsequent damage is caused to the mattress or bedding, the responsible person named on the booking form will be held liable. Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, soap and towels are not provided.
9. Availability
The Booking is made on the understanding that the holiday home will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances not under the control of the owner (e.g. fire theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative holiday home in which case the booking deposit will be refunded to you in full but you will have no claim against the owner. The Company reserves the right to amend bookings already confirmed, in circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

11. Swimming Pool/SteamRoom/Sauna/Sunbeds
No children under the age of 12 and no non-swimmers are allowed to use the swimming pools unless accompanied by an adult. No under16's in the Health Suite and Fitness Centre.
12. Your Vehicles
Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at your risk. The holiday home proprietors will not be responsible for loss of damage thereon or thereto from any causes whatsoever . Parking and other regulations are in accordance with Local Authority requirements.
13. Service
You are asked to notify any short-comings in your holiday home to the Park Reception immediately so that they can be remedied for you. No claim can be considered for short-comings not so notified. Written claims not received by CKN Holiday Homes within 14 days of the completion of your holiday will not be considered.
14. Site staff reserve...
Site staff on behalf of CKN Holiday Homes reserve the right to refuse or hand over accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of the Holiday Park Manager, is not suitable to take charge. If, in the reasonable opinion of Bunn Leisure and/or the owner(s), any person(s) is not suitable to continue the holiday because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or danger or significant annoyance to others, the Contract may be terminated, in which case we will not have further liability. In this event, you will remain liable to pay the hire price and no refund shall be due. The hirer shall also be liable for any damage caused in the holiday home. Bunn Leisure and the owner(s) have the right to enter any accommodation (without prior notice if this is not practical or possible) if special circumstances or emergencies cause (for example if repairs need to be carried out).
15. Special conditions
Ball games will not be permitted near caravans or built up areas - Please use areas provided. Please note push chairs are not permitted in the clubs. Boats/Jet Skis and such like are not permitted to be parked by caravans or in the car parks
16. Lost Property
While every effort will be made, CKN Holiday Homes cannot accept responsibility for items left after departure. Lost property will only be held one month after departure
