Our privately owned static caravans offer excellent value for money plus you have the added advantage of the caravans being located in West Sussex, a beautiful county with so much to do, right on your doorstep.

Caravan Booking Deposit
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week booked is required to confirm your reservation, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival at your chosen holiday caravan. Any holidays booked 8 weeks or less before arrival must be paid in full at time of booking
Caravan Security Deposit
We also require a refundable security deposit of £50 to be paid along with your balance of hire money. This money will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure so long as no damage is caused to the caravan. We will deduct costs for any breakages, wilful damage or any excessive cleaning which needs to be done.Keys must be handed into reception on your departure. The caravan site owners charge us for replacement keys and the cost will be deducted from your security deposit
Holiday Park Entertainment passes
Entertainment passes are not included in the price of your holiday. These can be purchased from reception on arrival, although we will pre inform reception of all guest names and ages in your party, avoiding the need for you to spend any more time than needed in reception
